一口食べると口の中いっぱいにゆずの香りが広がります。
This mochi is made of homemade gyuhi. It is a sweetened soft rice cake
made from glutinous rice flour. It contains solid pieces of diced with Yokan
(a solid block of red-bean paste hardened with agar) in it. When you bite
ito it , citrus flavor spread in the your mouth.
